It is of utmost importance that all model fliers observe first of all the safety rules. Any accident caused by recklessness or carelessness will cause harm to life and property and is a hindrance to the progress of model aviation.
	The operator of a radio controlled aircraft may be held liable for accidents occurring during flight. For this reason, it is advisable that the operator should have taken out a third party risk insurance before operating the radio controlled aircraft.
	The operation of radio controlled aircraft involves a lot of safety and technical knowledge. Beginners should receive guidance from an experienced individual. Teaching yourself is extremely dangerous.
	There must be no people within the area where the aircraft flies;
	Do not fly in a crowded area;
	Do not fly near any buildings;
	Do not fly near roads, railways, or power lines;
	Do not fly in strong winds, rain, or at night;

	Check that there are no missing or loose nuts or bolts;
	Check that there is no rattle or loosening in the linkage rods or adjusters;
	Check that there are no loose bolts in the engine or motor mount;
	Carefully check that the rotor blades or propellers are not damaged or cracked;
	Check that the batteries for the transmitter and receiver are sufficiently charged;
	Check the condition of the fuel and fuel line;
	Check that the connections of the electric wires of the motor, servos, gyroscope and receiver are in good condition;
	Check the condition of the glow plugs. Old plugs may cause the engine to stall mid-flight resulting in crashes;
	Check the range of the radio waves;
	Check that the servos operate smoothly. Their malfunction may cause a loss of control resulting in accidents;
	Check that the gyro is operating properly (applicable to helicopter);
	Check that there are no other operators in the surrounding flying area using the same radio frequency;
	Check that there are no objects in the surrounding area that may get entangled or struck by the aircraft;
	Before turning on the receiver, turn on the transmitter first and ensure the throttle stick is set at the lowest position;
	When starting the fuel engine of a helicopter, make sure to hold the rotor head firmly by hand so as to not let it suddenly rotate;
	When starting the fuel engine of a plane, have an assistant hold the plane from behind (or use a mechanical hold-down restraint) so that it will not move forward when started;
	Do not use a bare hand to flip the plane's propeller so as to avoid hitting the hand when the engine suddenly comes to life;
	When taking off, the aircraft should be positioned 10 meters or more away from the operator and ensure that there are no other people or dangerous obstacles in the surrounding flying area;
	In the event that abnormal noises or vibrations should occur, do not take off or, if already taken off, land the aircraft immediately, stop the engine, and check the cause of the problem;
	Because operating aircraft improperly or recklessly may cause accidents or injury, observe all safety rules and operate the aircraft safely and responsibly.
